These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of quantumrx.eu ("the Site") and all associated digital products, frameworks, API blueprints, tools, and member content (collectively, "the Products") provided by QuantumRx ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Products

All frameworks, code templates, API deployment blueprints, and intelligence content provided on this Site are for educational and informational purposes only. They represent architectural concepts and structural models based on real-world implementations. They do not constitute formal software engineering, financial, legal, or professional advice. Results will vary depending on your specific use case, technical environment, and implementation decisions.

2. Intellectual Property & Licence

All Products are the exclusive intellectual property of QuantumRx. Upon purchase, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to access and use the Products for internal personal or business purposes.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or publish the text, code, frameworks, or any substantial portion thereof
  • Scrape, bypass paywalls, or extract fixed content from the Site for external hosting or republication
  • Present the work as your own in any commercial or public context
  • Use the Products to train machine learning models or build derivative AI datasets

Adapting code templates for your own production deployment is permitted and encouraged — that is their purpose.

3. Third-Party Services & Merchant of Record

Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing, you are also bound by Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.

The Products reference and utilise third-party services including Google Gemini, Vercel, GitHub, and Ghost. We are not responsible for changes, deprecations, pricing adjustments, outages, or costs associated with these third-party services. It is your responsibility to review the current terms and pricing of any third-party service before implementing architectures that depend on them.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content — which is accessible immediately upon purchase — all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content you have purchased, contact us at info@quantumrx.eu and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ALL CODE, FRAMEWORKS, AND BLUEPRINTS, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. QUANTUMRX EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CODE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC SYSTEMS OR ENVIRONMENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTUMRX, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Unanticipated costs or overages resulting from third-party API usage, including LLM inference costs
  • Server downtime, data loss, or security incidents resulting from the implementation of our architectures
  • Business interruption or revenue loss stemming from reliance on our frameworks or intelligence content
  • Costs arising from changes to third-party service pricing, availability, or terms

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product in question.

7. User Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for the implementation of any code, API connections, or infrastructure deployments referenced in our Products. It is your sole responsibility to review, secure, test, and validate any architecture before deploying it into a production environment. We strongly recommend independent security review before any production deployment handling sensitive data or financial transactions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK or EU consumer protection law.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Site or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
